11. Should any legal disputes arise, then you hereby agree that the jurisdiction and law controlling any such disputes as well as all operating of the website shall be San Francisco County, State of California, and being of the United States of America.

Furthermore, you agree that the purchasing of anything from the “Cent of Luck” website, or using the “Cent of Luck” website shall act as or otherwise lawfully be your manifest consent and intent to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned in this contract.
